Purpose of Website
The purpose of our website is to allow customers to purchase their own set of personalised cards. Our website allows customers to create their cards in as many designs as they wish and view an instant on screen proof before confirming their order. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed no further changes can be made to the order. Your placement of an order will be deemed to be an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Customer Satisfaction/Refund Policy
We endeavour to provide customers with high quality printed personalised cards. Our cards are printed on the latest digital printing machines to ensure a professional high quality product is produced. Please note there are certain factors which are outside of control when customers place their order which are:
a) the quality of the image uploaded
b) the diverse range of computers used by our customers. Variations in computer personal settings may mean the card preview on screen may have slightly different tonal representions from our printing presses.

Our mission is to ensure our customers have a positive experience from using our website and receive a high quality printed product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cards we will address the issue and find a solution. This may be replacement cards, a discount or full refund. If you require a full refund you will be required to return the cards to the office (at your own expense). On receipt of the cards a full refund will be credited to your credit card.
Prices
All our card prices are displayed on the website in Euros. All prices include envelopes and delivery and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice. Please note any order received during a period of price revision will be charged at the price displayed to the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Our cards are delivered to your door within 5 working days from receipt of order and successful payment processing. All orders are delivered using a track and trace courier method and are packed securely for transit.
Secure Payment Gateway
Our website uses the worldwide renowed "Paypal" secure payment gateway system to process customer transactions. You will be linked to the "Paypal" secure gateway system to process your credit card and confirm your order. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
Safe Keeping and Data Privacy
Please note all information provided by the customer is used for the purpose of printing and delivering your personalised cards. We adhere to the Data Protection Act and will not disclose the information to any third party.
Our Customers Obligations
We ask customers not to upload text or images for which they do not have proper rights. Furthermore we ask customers to be respectful and not upload offensive or unlawful text, material or images which may be damaging to third parties.
