Babies. We love them. They are adorable and cute and make us so proud. As a fellow Mum, whose baby girl inspired Babycards.ie I want to personally ensure all our customers have a great experience.

I am aware of your excitement and anticipation about receiving your cards as I have been their too! It is a great feeling opening the box and seeing your little one peering out of the card. So, you can imagine I do get upset if our cards have not lived up to your expectations. I know how important these cards are to you. That's why I make it my priority to get things right the first time. However, sometimes, although I am glad to say these occasions are few and far between, things do happen.

So, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your Babycards, please let me know. Babycards.ie is all about Mums helping Mums and I want all our customers to have a positive experience so please pick up the phone or send me an email.

I'll always offer to put things right as it is important to me.  I will offer replacement cards, a discount or a full refund, whatever is your preference.
